You’ll be responsible for building a team of international sales reps & leading them for a fast-growing startup and taking our international presence to the next level. You will be part of our core team and drive our revenue goals in the luxury stationery space.

Work Experience: 2+ Years

Responsibilities include:

  • Improving the existing sales channels, meeting and exceeding revenue goals while fulfilling internal KPIs set by management
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and building the Endless sales team to drive sales across regions
  • Building relationships with prospective clients and distributors and reaching quarterly sales targets
  • Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Creating sales forecasts and ensuring that targets are met by the sales team 
  • Working with marketing staff to ensure that the sales pipeline has the right qualified leads
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of leads, pipeline, and activities


  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably at a startup
  • Thorough knowledge with CRM tools
  • Ability to think in a strategic way, build new sales processes and funnels
  • The interest to keep an eye on and identify industry events/trends, and coming up with creative strategies to engage the team and the clients 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across regions and functions
