This is a really nicely made pouch attachment for the Explorer notebook. The zipped compartment is great for storing extra tools, like ruler and ink refills or anything else you might want to use. The other half has a few card slots and a press-stud loop which I haven't quite found a use for, although the photo shows it with a charging cable. There's a pouch with a flap on the same side. I like the look of it, but I wish it was either another zipped pocket, or even a press stud on the flap for added security. The flap just doesn't feel secure, so anything with any bulk can easily fall out, even when the Explorer is closed and secured.
This was a gift for my wife. She is a teacher, and uses binders to manage her course planning & execution. She also uses a ‘bullet journal’ to manage the rest of her day. This insert gave her a familiar oganizational tool, and she loves it!
- YKK Zippers.
- Good amounts of pockets.
- Secure Stitching
- Loop has a snap fastener which creates a dome and makes it difficult to write over it. ( I removed it as it was impractical)
- Cotton quality is nothing special (Waxed cotton or a much stiffer Fabric would have been Nice)
